WOOD FRAME HOUSES

Suitable for both mountain areas and the city.
Wood frame houses can be adapted to both rustic and modern style.
They may be plastered on the outside to look like brick houses or may be timber cladded, to preserve the wood house appearance.
The building system is similar to the “concrete frame” structures, the difference is that it uses wooden frames.
It is performed of massive columns, 200 × 200 mm in cross-section, massive sills of same section, 100×200 mm purlins and rafters.
The walls between columns are made of prefabricated panels.
The charm of these massive structures lies in their wood appearance, their posts, their beams supporting the floors, and their rafters.
